You should not be required to pay $599 twice for HelloPrenup. The HelloPrenup price for both partners is $599 per couple. It is an additional $699 per person if you want to add on attorney representation.
If your partner is being prompted to pay again, even though you already paid the $599, then there is likely an issue with your accounts not being connected properly
Step 1: Please make sure you are both logged into the correct emails. Sometimes, people make multiple accounts with different emails, and they forget which email account they paid the $599 with.
Step 2: If you are sure you are logged into the correct account, make sure the correct fiance email is invited to your account.
Step 3: If neither of these work, please reach out to [email protected] and our support team will connect your accounts to ensure you aren't required to pay the $599 twice.
