Once your prenup is complete, you can easily notarize it through our secure online notary service.
Available for all states that allow remote notarization.

👩⚖️ Attorney Representation (Add-On Service)
$699 per person
If you’d like an independent attorney to review and sign your agreement, HelloPrenup offers a simple flat-rate option.
Each attorney provides:
A personalized review of your completed prenup.
Legal advice tailored to your state and circumstances.
Optional revisions or clarifications.
Complimentary notarization (included with this service — you do not need to purchase the $50 add-on).
If you already paid the $50 for notarization and later decide to add on attorney representation, we will refund you the $50.
(Partners cannot share an attorney).
