No! The cost of creating a prenuptial agreement with HelloPrenup is $599 per couple. This cost is a one-time, flat fee that covers you both. Some things to note:

  • One account will have to pay for HelloPrenup; at this time, we cannot split amounts between two accounts.

  • If you have paid but have not yet linked your fiancé to your account, they may still get prompted to pay.

Add-on attorney services

If you and your partner are adding on legal services, you may wonder, does the cost cover us both? Here are the available add-on services we may offer in your state, and whether or not they are shared costs with your partner:

  • $49 for 20-minute Q&A session

    • Get your individual legal questions answered by an attorney in your state.

  • $699 for Document Review & Signature

    • This covers one person only. If you both want legal representation, you will both need separate lawyers and will both need to pay $699.

FAQ:

What if HelloPrenup is asking both of us to pay?

  • If neither of your accounts is “paid,” you may both get prompted to pay.

  • Pay for HelloPrenup with one account and invite your fiancé via email to resolve this.
