If you fail Proof's identity authentication too many times, or if you meet with a notary but your meeting ends due to a technical issue or disconnection, you may wind up on Proof's signer dashboard screen:

You will see a reminder that you have a free notarization to resume. Click the "Sign for free" button to restart the transaction:

🚨 DO NOT click on the "Notarize now" button, as this will start a new retail transaction and require a second payment. If you do click "Notarize now" and make a second payment through Proof's retail website (Notarize.com), please email Proof's Customer Support Team at [email protected] to request a refund.🚨
