HelloPrenup is a self-serve software platform that was developed by a team of seasoned divorce attorneys with extensive experience drafting, negotiating, and litigating prenuptial agreements to allow you and your fiance to agree to the terms of your prenup without an attorney being involved.

However, you may choose to hire a lawyer for legal counsel regarding your HelloPrenup prenup.

HelloPrenup now offers flat-rate legal services in select states.

You can reach out to our support team or check your HelloPrenup dashboard here to see if the services are available in your state. The flat-rate legal services our network of attorneys offer include:

  • 40-minute Q&A session to get your legal questions answered—$99

  • Attorney Signature & Review Service (1 hour meeting with attorney)—$699

Because HelloPrenup is not a law firm, we've partnered with independent attorneys to offer their agreed upon services at exclusive discounted rates and fast turnaround times only available to HelloPrenup customers.
