HelloPrenup does not offer translation services.

Your prenuptial agreement through HelloPrenup will be written in English. If one party signs a prenuptial agreement without a true understanding of the language in which it is written, you are putting the validity of your prenup at risk.

Language comprehension is crucial when it comes to understanding the terms of your prenuptial agreement. It is imperative that you and your spouse understand the terms that you are agreeing to with respect to this agreement. Therefore, you and your fiance should be proficient in English if you plan to use HelloPrenup. If either party is a non-Native English speaker, is unsure of what the terms to their agreement mean, or would like to obtain legal advice relating to those terms, we recommend you seek legal counsel for guidance.
