Please note laws in other countries pertaining to prenups may vary greatly from the United States. Many couples who are in your situation choose to either create a prenuptial agreement on HelloPrenup, and then bring it to an attorney in their current country to modify it to fit that country's laws and practices, or they have two prenuptial agreements created-- one for the US state where they plan to reside, and one in the country where they currently reside.
