Why isn't the HelloPrenup system giving my lawyer a line to sign the prenup after I paid for representation?

What if a customer hired an attorney but the contract still says that they waived representation

If you hired a lawyer for representation ($699) through HelloPrenup, there should be an "Advice of Counsel" block for the attorney to sign off on your prenup directly. Sometimes, because of the answers you selected, this block may not show up automatically. There are a few options:

Option 1: The attorney can directly edit this in the Editor

Your hired attorney can manually edit the waiver of counsel section out of the prenup and add in the "Advice of Counsel" block by going to the Clause Library and adding the correct clause.

Option 2: You can change your answers to the question regarding whether or not you will hire counsel and regenerate

In your questionnaire, you were prompted to answer the question of whether or not you will hire counsel, in either the Spousal Support Section or the Waivers Section, depending on the state you are in. Once you change your answer, you will need to regenerate the document in the Documents section.
