This article will help you understand how to change your attorney selection, based on how far you are in the process.

If you haven't yet had an appointment with any lawyer

Step 1: If you have an appointment booked for the future, make sure to cancel it in your dashboard here: https://app.helloprenup.com

Step 2: You can go back to the booking page to select a new attorney to book with: https://app.helloprenup.com/attorney-services

If your attorney didn't show up

When you've arranged an appointment with an attorney for a service you've purchased and the attorney fails to attend, we suggest waiting until the scheduled meeting time has passed and then reaching out to us at [email protected] or requesting to speak with a live agent in our chat box. We will get you rescheduled or booked with a different attorney.


If you already had a meeting with your lawyer, but want to change to a new lawyer

When you've already had an appointment with one attorney, the call was completed, and you want to book with another attorney, you will need to pay again to speak with another attorney.

If you've met with the attorney, but don't believe you are compatible as attorney-client, and you want to switch attorneys, please reach out to us at [email protected].
