Attorney services on HelloPrenup allow you and your fiancé to receive professional legal representation during the prenup process. These services become available only after the prenup itself has been purchased and can then be added individually for each spouse.
Common Issues and Troubleshooting
Why can’t I find the Attorney Services option?
Make sure you have completed the prenup purchase. The option won’t appear until this step is done.
Why can’t my attorney see my representation status?
Double-check that your appointment is booked. Without a booking, your status remains invisible to the attorney. Following these steps carefully should resolve most common problems.
Steps to Add Attorney Services
Log in to your HelloPrenup account.
Complete the purchase of your prenup if you haven't already.
Go to the "Payment" Tab on the left-hand side.
Select which Attorney Services you want to purchase.
Book your representation appointment to ensure your attorney can see your representation status.
Note: You cannot book representation until you've generated your prenuptial agreement.
You can also add Attorney Services directly from the "Attorney Services" button in the top-right-hand corner. This button becomes accessible only after you have completed the purchase of your prenup.
