Yes, you can amend your prenup... with stipulations.

Each state has its own rules on contract amendments. Many (if not all) states will require that the same "procedural requirements" (notary, signature, witnesses, etc.) that were done for the original agreement also be done for the amendment agreement.

That said, it is still best practice to complete your prenup to its fullest extent by including the clauses you desire as well as your financial disclosures.
