How to list out retirement assets (Social Security and pension payments)

To report retirement assets (i.e. 401(k)s, IRAs, pensions), add them to the "Assets" section of your Financial Disclosure. Click on the plus sign to add your asset details:

Next, click on the drop-down menu under "Asset Type" to select the applicable retirement asset from the list:

Remember to click the blue "Save Asset" button once you've finished entering your asset details. Repeat this process for each applicable retirement asset.


To report Social Security income, add this information under the "Income" section of the Financial Disclosure. You'll need to provide this information for the last three years. Click on the blue pencil to add your income details for each year:

Click the drop-down menu under "Social Security" to select the type of benefit you receive. List the year-to-date amount of Social Security income that you've received for that year:

Remember to click the blue "Save Asset" button once you've finished entering your income details. Repeat this process to add your Social Security income for the last three years.
